The Annapurna Base Camp trekking trail features stunning Himalayan peaks. Notably, Annapurna I, Glacier Dome, Gangapurna, Fang, and the sacred Machapuchare (Fishtail Peak)stand out. Although there is only one main entrance to the sanctuary, we explore lesser-used routes, which provide a unique trekking experience away from the crowds.
Located in the Annapurna Conservation Area, this trekking route offers not just mountain views but cultural richness. You will meet ethnic groups like Brahmin, Chhetri, Gurung, Magar, and Thakali along the trail.
During the trek, you’ll stay in cozy local tea houses and have opportunities to interact with locals. Groups like the Gurung and Magar, known for their role as Gurkhas, share fascinating stories of bravery and tradition.
