Bardia National Park is protected area in Nepal, spreading over a 968sq km is situated in the mid-Far West of the Terai region. This National park is established in 1988, Bardiya National park is largest wildest and most undisturbed wilderness area in the Nepal. The chance of seeing Tiger is reported to be more in this park. The park contains 70% of Shorea Robusta and the remaining 30% are grasslands, Savanah and Riverine woods. The park is abundant with endangered animals like the one horned Rhinoceros, Tiger, Black buck, Wild Elephant, Wild Boar, Hog Deer, Blue Bull, Porcupine, sloth Bear, wild dog, Mongoose, Civets, Rhesus Monkey, Barking deer, Sambar, Hyena, Leopard etc. This park also consists 407 bird species of residential and migratory birds. Birds like the Great Crested Grebe, Pochards, Mallard, Teals, Merganser, and Pheasants etc. more than 125 recorded species of fish. 23 species of Reptiles and small population of Ghariyal and crocodile.
Collection by jungle guide & transfer to the resort. Arrive at the resort early morning. Free time followed by cultural tour and visit to Tharu village.
Full day walking Safari to view Gangetic Dolphins with the option of swimming.
Exploration of tiger territory on foot in the morning. Afternoon Safari on elephant back or by 4 wheel drive vehicle.
Early morning bird watching tour. Relaxation and the option to explore other nearby villages. Lunch. Departure & connection by bus for Kathmandu or Pokhara. It takes 6 days for a round trip beginning and ending in Kathmandu or Pokhara.
